Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your order was marked as delivered by the carrier, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be a physical item (CDs or merch only)

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Be in its original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

Opened CDs or audio products unless they arrive damaged or unplayable

Digital or downloadable content

Exclusive fan-made compilations or one-off releases

  • Non-Returnable Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Digital Mixtapes or Albums
  • Membership or Premium Content
  • Downloaded products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, if you have a account just message us via account support.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
  • Partial refunds may be granted for:
  • Opened CD, DVD, or cassette that arrives defective
  • Items not in original condition due to shipping damage
  • Items returned beyond the 7-day window (case-by-case)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

First check your bank or card account again

Then contact your credit card company (processing time can vary)

Sale items

Currently only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded at this time… this may change later but right now, sale items are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first with your order details.

Shipping returns

To return your product, email us for instructions at support@tapesrus.shop. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item unless it was damaged or incorrect.
